DINING
The Club serves exceptional Mediterranean cuisine, curated by Chef Mathias Gervais – previously right-hand to two of the world’s top chefs, Daniel Boulud and Joël Robuchon. In addition, enjoy refined and authentic Japanese cuisine from à la carte to Omakase. The Club also hosts guest chefs from around the world each season, bringing new and exciting culinary experiences to Palm Beach.
World-renowned chefs source the very best quality, freshest, and seasonal ingredients from a combination of carefully selected, organic local farmers and specialty products brought in from around the globe explicitly sourced for Carriage House.
Dining experiences are unlimited, allowing Members to design their evening as private or as social as they wish. Dine throughout the Club in the many exquisite rooms and bars, private dining rooms, or booths.
DRINK
Sourced by expert Sommeliers, Carriage House offers a world-class wine cellar showcasing the most unique and spectacular array of fine, rare wines from the world’s leading vineyards and Chateaux.
Members may also have wine sourced and stored in private wine lockers for optimum preservation. In addition, any drink of choice or exceptional cocktail treasured by Members and their guests are available, made by the Club’s talented mixologists.
